NOTES FOR VENDORS

Please note that priority is given to local vendors and returning vendors

 

Vendors will receive four (4) vendor passes for the vendors working at the fest


Each menu item can be offered by only one vendor, and each vendor will be allowed to sell only those items which they are registered to serve. The Taste Chairmen will approve the final menu.


Please also note that carbonated soft drinks, sports drinks, and bottled water are
contracted out for the entire festival in advance so they will not be permitted on food
vendor menus. However, if you would like to offer some type of specialty drink that does
not fit in one of these categories, please submit a request with this contract.


Please completely fill out, sign, and return the vendor contract with your menu choices
and your payment as soon as possible, but no later than April 9, 2021. Should you
decide to withdraw your application after this date your entry fee will not be refunded.


If, prior to July 9, ByronFest is forced to cancel the festival this year due to

COVID-19 mitigations your entry fee will be refunded.


Please read this contract noting the booth and electricity fee. There will be an
additional fee of 10% of sales, which will go to ByronFest. It will be taken out before the
final payment is received.
