There are 3 ticket booths within the festival grounds.
food vendors will be located on Walnut & 2nd Street
(within the festival grounds)
We will again be providing four (4) vendor passes for the vendors working at the fest. Please note that priority will be given to local vendors and returning vendors.
As always, each menu item can be offered by only one vendor, and each vendor will be allowed to sell just those things which they are registered to serve. The Taste Chairmen will approve the final menu.
Please also note that carbonated soft drinks, sports drinks, and bottled water are contracted out for the entire festival in advance, so they will not be permitted on food vendor menus. However, if you would like to offer some specialty drink that does not fit in one of these categories, please submit a request for this contract.
Please fill out, sign, and return the vendor contract with your menu choices and your payment as soon as possible, but no later than March 20, 2019. No refund is available after this date.
Please read this contract is noting the booth and electricity fee. There will be an additional fee of 10% of sales, which will go to ByronFest. It will be taken out before the final payment is received.
